What is a custom order?

Many, but not all, of the necklaces can be made longer or shorter depending on our customer’s preference. The average cost of re-stringing a necklace is $30 per strand plus the cost of stones which will vary depending on the design, the length of the necklace and the materials involved. We will send you an estimate for the exact total cost for your review and approval before we begin any custom work. We agree that there should be no surprises regarding costs.



What is your return policy?


If a necklace does not meet with your approval, please contact us (via e-mail or phone: 917-543-4125 or 818-437-5183) upon your receiving the necklace and we will give you return instructions. (All packages are sent to customers with a signed receipt required). Please understand that our items are guaranteed for workmanship, not owner’s neglect and abuse.



Bear in mind that these are genuine stones and therefore may contain certain imperfections indigenous to the stone, which adds to their natural beauty and serve as testimony to their authenticity.



How can I tell the size of a stone?


To help our customers determine the size of a necklace, we give you an idea of the millimeter size of the largest stones used in each necklace, as well as the length of each necklace, so you can determine the size before you order. Of course, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.



How quickly will I receive my necklace?


If the necklace is in stock and there are no “alterations” you can receive the necklace as quickly as three days from receipt of payment. Some designs may be out of stock and therefore, may take up to three to four weeks until receipt.



We have more designs in stock so if you see something you like and need it quickly, let us know and we may easily be able to accommodate your request. We’ll send you a picture and complete description of anything we recommend without any obligation on your part.
