Return Policy  

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the necklace you purchased, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and you may return the necklace for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling).
Any necklace returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to the necklace being reviewed to assure it has not been damaged in any way.
If a necklace is damaged or altered, it cannot be returned.

Can I return a necklace that was received as a gift?

A merchandise credit will be issued if you received the necklace as a gift.  You may use this credit to purchase another piece from Badgley / Sneed Designs. 

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for returns processing through our offices.  You may contact us at 818.437.5183 or email:  badgleysneeddesign@gmail.com for further instructions.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?

E-mail us or call us immediately (badgleysneeddesign@gmail.com or 818.437.5183).

We will then advise you on how to return this piece.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing. 
Contact us for further return instructions, as we need to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

What are specific return instructions?

1.    Call for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)

All returns must be accompanied by a RMA#, which you must receive by calling o r e-mailing Badgley / Sneed Designs.

2.    Packaging and Labels

Upon receipt, please complete the Return Form on your Shipping Return Form (which you will receive from us).  Be sure to include the RMA#.
Pack the Return Form and the necklace in the original shipping box (or an equally sturdy box) and return to us within 10 days of receipt of the form.

3.    Care and Shipping

As the safe return of your package is as important to Badgley/Sneed Designs as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. 
All shipping charges must be prepaid.  We cannot accept C. O. D. deliveries.  For your protections we suggest that you ship your package via USPS Registered Mail and request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrive in our main office in Porter Ranch, CA.

Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by our office.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed through our office.

All refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
